I'm a Senior Manager, Tech at Eureka Forbes, where I work as solution architect, AI solution architect and team lead. For 7+ years I've built products used by millions, and these days I focus on turning LLMs, agents and RAG into reliable product features.

From builder to architect
2018 — 2021
01Builder
Started out shipping apps and backends end to end: Flutter and Android apps, a Node.js backend benchmarked for a million users, and a TypeScript rental platform on Google Cloud.
2021 — 2023
02Lead
Led projects such as NWORX, used by Swiggy, HUL and Alcon. Designed micro-frontend architectures and built a savings product for 1M+ users with ₹90 Cr+ saved.
2023 — now
03Architect
At Eureka Forbes I lead the team behind the Customer, Technician and IoT apps, and work as solution architect and AI solution architect, bringing LLMs into real products.

Principles
- Ship, then sharpen
- Real users teach more than any design doc. Get to production early, then iterate with data.
- AI is a system, not a model
- Most of the work is retrieval, evaluation, cost and failure handling around the LLM.
- Architecture serves the team
- The best design is one the team can understand, own and change safely.
- Measure what matters
- Latency, reliability, adoption and business impact, not vanity metrics.
